Websuper secret settings were removed in 1.9 (7 years ago!) so i really doubt you'll find it anymore. this is from the "3D anaglyph" setting, from back in the day when 3D was pretty hyped, and this was the best 3D effect you could achieve without needing a special display or expensive glasses.
