WebRTX 3070 has the same price as RX 6900 XT here in Iran. I'd definitely choose 6900 XT. It offers almost the same performance with DXR enabled as the RTX 3070, but a hell lot more performance on pure Rasterization. FSR 2.0 is coming, RSR just came out. You'd need a good PSU though. The RX 6900 XT may close the gap a bit, but 10 percent more shader cores can only go so far.

WebWith ray tracing is more of a change cause the whole graphics pipeline can be changed and just how you approach lighting . Its the next step of real time graphics. doesn't mean it isn't nice and makes some games really shine. Only time its useless is on AMD sponsored titles, since AMD GPUs can't handle real RT.
